Elements Collection
"Elements" is a design I created using paints and foils. I have handpainted each tumbler using acrylic paint prior to adding foils to highlight.
FIRE - is created using the obvious colours of red, orange and yellow to envoke the feeling of heat and flame.
WATER - uses the colour blue to connect us to the oceans that surround us and has splashes of metallic silver and blue to represent movement.
In the coming weeks there will be addition of the other 2 elements - EARTH, and AIR - and an additional element of NATURE.
These are currently being offered as individual tumblers, however, if you are interested in purchasing these as a set of 5, please contact me to discuss.
The Elements collection is deisgned on 17oz insulated, food grade wine tumblers which come with a lid. Drinks will remain cold for hours and hot beverages remaine at drinkable temperature for at least 3-4 hours (the plastic lid will reduced the heat time). This item WILL NOT fit into cup holders of your car.
Normal handwash (no dishwasher or soaking).
These items are all hand decorated. They are stunningly beautiful and each one is a work of art. No two items will be the same.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Each item is handcrafted. This means that there may be slight imperfections, in the finish. This is normal and will not affect the use of the item. I have personally quality checked each item and where evidence of imprefection is identified, it may be left as I believe that it adds character, or at least, does not take away from the end result. In purchasing one of my items, you understand and agree to this, and as such, there is no refund or return on items that are not "perfect" in the finish.
In purchasing one of my resin items, you understand that whilst epoxy resin is a hard, durable product, it is in no way indestructable. If the bottle/cup/tumbler/mug etc is dropped on a hard surfce, the epoxy finish can crack, chip or break. This is deemed as user fault and is not subject to a refund or a return. If however, you would like a repair, please contact me to discuss.
Graceful Impressions will not be held responsible for the product after it has been received as we have no way of determining the usage and care of said item once it is out of our possession.
Of course, in the case of a faulty item, plese contact me directly to discuss. Initial contacts regarding faulty products MUST be received within 5 days of receival.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The item you are purchasing has been handcrafted over many hours. I have put a lot of thought and effort into creating each and every piece, so I tell you this in order for you to get years of enjoyment from your item.....make sure you follow the care instructions!!
DO NOT place in the dishwasher or soak in sink. Warm normal handwashing is perfectly ok for the item. DO NOT place in microwave (it is metal under all that resin and pigments). You will likely give yourself a heart attack when your microwave explodes.
AVOID dropping the item on hard solid surface (including the ground) as you may break the hard glasslike finish.
POSTAGE
If you require postage, you will automatically be allocated usual standard Aust Post charges. However, if there is a rush to get it to you, then please contact me to arrange Express Post and pay the extra fees associated.
